AI at Softinn

Hire AI staff for your hotel.

Softinn's AI agents work like employees, not features. Each one has a name, a role, a defined set of skills — and honest limits.

Adam, Softinn's AI reservation agent

We only call it AI when it actually is.

Hotel software is being relabelled faster than it is being rebuilt. Softinn labels a feature AI when a model is genuinely doing the work. Everything else we call what it is — smart, automated, rules-based — because those are accurate words and our customers deserve accurate words.

A model, or nothing.

If there's no model doing the work, it doesn't carry an AI label and it doesn't appear on this page.

Limits in writing.

Every agent below states what it can't do. You'll know before you hire, not after.

One page, always current.

Every AI agent we ship appears here. If it's not on this page, we haven't shipped it.

Your AI staff

One agent hired, one more on the way. Each one we add will be listed here, with the same detail.

Adam, AI Reservation Agent

Adam

AI Reservation Agent

Hired — August 2026

Works in Softinn Booking Engine

Adam answers guest questions around the clock inside your booking engine, explains your rooms and rates, and helps hesitant guests finish booking direct.

Adam Demo property — try a question
Guest: Do you have a family room for 4?
Adam: Yes — our Family Suite sleeps 4 with one king bed and two singles. It's available for your dates at RM 320 per night, breakfast included.
Guest: What time is check-in?
Adam: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. If you arrive earlier we can hold your luggage at the front desk.

Skills

  • Answers guest booking questions in natural language, 24/7
  • Explains room types, rates and packages using your real inventory
  • Handles common pre-arrival questions so your front desk doesn't have to
  • Guides undecided guests toward completing a direct booking

What it doesn't do

  • Doesn't invent availability — if it isn't in your inventory, Adam won't offer it
  • Doesn't quote rates it can't see
  • Doesn't answer questions it doesn't know. Hands over to your team with a summary

Onboarding

Turn Adam on in your Booking Engine settings, then choose which skills he has — room search and booking, post-booking help, and handover to your team. Adam trains himself on the property data already in your Softinn account: your rooms, rates, availability and policies. There's nothing to upload, write or maintain, and no separate knowledge base to keep in sync.

AI Guest Concierge

Coming soon

Works in your property, during the stay

Where Adam serves guests before they book, Alex serves them once they arrive — handling web check-in and check-out, and answering the questions your in-house guests ask all day.

Planned skills

  • Guides guests through web check-in before arrival and check-out on departure
  • Answers the questions in-house guests ask most — wifi, breakfast hours, late check-out, facilities
  • Serves guests in their own words, around the clock, without adding front desk headcount
  • Picks up where Adam leaves off, so the guest keeps talking to your hotel rather than starting over

What it won't do

  • To be announced upon release

Every AI you bolt on is a second system to own.

Most hotels are being sold AI as an add-on — a chatbot from one vendor, a writing tool from another. But an AI is only useful once it knows your hotel, and that means the question isn't really which AI to buy. It's how many vendors you want holding a copy of your property data.

Your data has to leave to be useful.

A third-party AI can't answer a single question about your hotel until you've copied your rooms, rates and policies into it. That copy then sits with another vendor, under another contract you have to read.

And you maintain that copy forever.

Change a rate in your PMS and the bolt-on doesn't know. Every AI you add is one more place your property data can quietly drift out of date — and it's your guest who gets the stale answer.

Why hotels hire their AI from Softinn

Softinn is an all-in-one hotel solution. Your AI staff work inside it, on the data you already keep there — so there's no third party in the middle.

1

It already knows your hotel.

Adam reads the rooms, rates, availability and policies you maintain in Softinn. Nothing to upload, no knowledge base to keep in sync — and nothing copied out to a vendor you'd have to vet first.

2

It gets sharper as you grow.

More room types, clearer policies, a better-built rate plan — every improvement you make to your property data is an improvement Adam answers with, because he reads it live rather than from a snapshot taken on setup day. Running your hotel well is the same work as sharpening your AI.

3

No AI theatre.

Every agent on this page states in writing what it can't do, and we only call something AI when a model is genuinely doing the work. You're hiring a defined role with known limits, not buying a label.
